Cooking Classes

Plant-Based Cooking Classes

Are you transitioning to a plant-based diet, but do not know what to cook?  Are you vegan and looking to adopt a healthier diet?  Do you need some ideas for quick and easy meals to prepare that are both healthy and delicious?  If you answered yes to any of the above, then this class is for you!


Class will be held in our state-of-the-art vegan commercial kitchen at The Vegan Center.


Participants will get to sample the dish and will receive a copy of the recipe.

Class Instructor

Instructor Marcy Zastrow has been following a plant-based diet since childhood.  She is the owner of three small businesses, is a Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator (VLCE) and holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through e-Cornell.  

Homeopathy 101

Join us for this 4-part introductory series to homeopathy. Homeopathy is a safe, gentle, effective way of restoring health and balance. We can use remedies with everyday needs, like injuries, scrapes and bruises, colds, and other kinds of acute, temporary situations. Learn the simple way of managing your health and supporting your own body's innate ability to restore balance. Class instructor: Ann Herman, Heart of Healing/Juice Plus
