Vendor Information
All products must be vegan
Vegan means NO animal products. Animal products that must be avoided include meat, poultry, fish, eggs, whey, casein, dairy, honey, beeswax, feathers, silk, wool, suede, satin (unless synthetic), and pearls.
Products must not be tested on animals.
All products must be cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
Promotional Materials
All promotional materials must be vegan friendly.
Recipes
All recipes must be vegan friendly, containing NO animal products.
Vendors welcome
Our markets feature a wide variety of vendors, including bakers, food prep, groceries, skincare products, plants, cleaning products, crafts, candles, soap, and more! Not-for-profit groups are also welcome.
Indoor/Outdoor
We have indoor and outdoor space available. Market will be held exclusively indoors from October-April (unless you have a food truck!).

While vendors must adhere to strict guidelines regarding vegan products, everyone is sure to find something they like at these events. Vegans will enjoy not having to dissect every product label they come across. Veg-curious individuals will learn a lot and discover how many vegan-friendly products are available. Friends and family who are dragged along by a vegan will be delighted at the variety of products available!
Each event will include a variety of vendors, some new and some returning. There will be a wide range of products available, including food (of course!), baked goods, soap, cosmetics, bags, clothing, and so much more! Not-for-profit organizations will also be represented.
Admission will be free to customers for most markets.
You will learn about new products, meet new people, and be educated about this healthy and humane lifestyle!
And we give away door prizes at some events!

Advertising for the events will include a designated Facebook page, promotions through Project Vegan 716, online advertisements, bulletin board at The Vegan Center, leafleting at vegan-friendly events, lawn signs in high traffic areas, Craigslist events, radio promotions, event invites to targeted Facebook groups, Alignable (reaches local small business owners), posters at local establishments, Chamber of Commerce of the Tonawandas, Google events, Instagram, and at The Vegan Center. Project Vegan 716 will also provide a pdf file of a poster to all vendors and will mail printed posters to any vendor upon request.
