On April 15, 2015, The Vegan Educator earned her Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator certificate through Main Street Vegan Academy.
On May 31, 2015, The Vegan Educator participated in the Moo-velicious Vegan Bake-Off at Asha Sanctuary. I won the peoples' choice BEST IN CATEGORY and the judges' choice BEST IN SHOW. I now sell my award winning cookie bars and many other baked goods at many of my shows.
On June 2, 2018 the Vegan Pop-Up Markets were launched! The Market is now a quarterly event.
On February 10, 2019, The Vegan Educator earned her certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
On September 16, 2019, Project Vegan 716, LLC was formed to further the work done by The Vegan Educator.
